This  is  Anne  reaching  out  from  Strictly  Hardware  responding  to  your  return  inquiry.  We  can  definitely  help  you  return  these  items.  I've  attached  the  two  forms  you  will  need  to  complete  your  return.  The  first  attachment  is  the  courtesy  pre-paid  return  shipping  label.  We  offer  free  return  shipping  to  all  customers  who  order  from  our  website.  The  second  attachment  is  the  Return  Authorization  Form.  This  form  must  be  enclosed  within  your  return  package,  and  this  simply  allows  us  to  know  what  order  this  package  belongs  to.
